摘　　要：总结了湘潭配电自动化试点工程的工作经验,重点分析了配电自动化方案的规划原则、总体架构和应用系统构成。阐述了配电主站、配电终端、通信方式、信息交互总线等配电自动化系统建设内容,并对配电自动化系统的经济效益、管理效益、社会效益进行了概括,为配电自动化系统建设提供了有利的参考经验和决策支持。Work experiences of distribution automation pilot project in Xiangtan are summarized. Planning principle,overall architecture and the structure of application system are especially analyzed. Construction contents of the distribution automation system including distribution main station,distribution terminal,communication mode and information interaction bus are described,and economic,management and social benefits of distribution automation system are summarized,which will provide useful reference experiences and decision support for the construction of distribution automation system.
