摘　　要：解决KYN28A-12(Z)型手车柜不能在出线电缆室对停电线路进行直接验电,造成的10 kV线路转检修倒闸操作时间过长问题。通过调查分析,指出该类型手车柜出线电缆室只有1个固定观察窗,经多部门协调后才能采用间接验电方式完成验电工作,是造成倒闸操作时间长的主要原因。将该类型手车柜固定观察窗改造为移动式观察窗后,可在手车柜电缆室就地验电,使得倒闸操作时间由原来的49 min缩短至25 min,达到了改造目的。该改造项目投入资金少,工作量小,施工简单,便于推广实施。The problem of over long switching operation time of 10 kV line when it is switched to maintenance status,which is caused by KYN28A-12（Z）type handcart cabinet that cannot be taken the direct electrical inspection of outage line in the outlet cable room,is solved. By the investigation and analysis,it is pointed out that that the outlet cable room of that kind of handcart cabinet has only one fixed observation window so that the electrical inspection work has to be finished after the coordination of several department by the indirect electrical inspection mode,which is the main reason of long time switching operation time. After the modification of the fixed observation window of that kind of handcart cabinet to movable observation window,the electrical inspection can be done in the cable room of the handcart cabinet directly which reduces the switching operation time from 45 min to 25 min and gets the purpose of the modification. The modification item need less invested cost,less workload and simpler construction which is easy for the promotion and Implementation.
