摘 要:螺杆膨胀机在能量回收领域具有广阔的应用前景,转子型线是其设计、开发的基础。本文分析转子中心距、相对齿根深度和转子齿数等对型线参数的影响,并计算转子的变形。研究结果表明:转子长径比和相对泄漏三角形面积均随中心距及相对齿根深度的增大而减小,随阴转子齿数的增大而增大;面积利用系数随相对齿根深度及阴转子齿数的增大而增大;接触线长度随相对齿根深度的增大而增大,随阴转子齿数的增大而降低;转子齿根直径在阴转子齿数较大时较为接近;转子吸气侧齿顶位置变形较大;中心距、齿根深度和齿数等特征参数优化匹配是确定转子型线的重要环节。Screw expander has a broad application prospect in the energy recovery filed and the rotor profile is the foundation of its design and development.The influences of rotors' center distance,relative depth of tooth root and tooth number of rotors on profile parameters are analyzed.The deformation of rotors is also calculated.The results show that the length-diameter ratio and area of relative leakage triangle decrease along with the increase of rotors' center distance and relative depth of tooth root,but increase along with the increase of tooth number of female rotor.The area utilization coefficient increases along with the increase of relative depth of tooth root and the tooth number of female rotor.The length of contact line increases along with the increase of relative depth of tooth root,but decreases along with the increase of the tooth number of female rotor.The diameters of rotors' tooth root are similar when the tooth number of female rotor is large.The deformation of rotors at the suction side is larger.Optimizing the center distance,depth of tooth root and tooth number is helpful for the rotor profile design.
