摘　　要：目的:观察自拟暖宫汤治疗虚寒型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将100例虚寒型原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组于经前1周给予自拟暖宫汤口服,对照组给予乌鸡白凤丸口服,均服至月经第3天,连续3个月经周期。观察两组患者治疗前后痛经症状积分变化,疼痛程度数字法评分变化及疗效评价等。结果:两组治疗前后痛经症状积分及疼痛程度NRS评分均有明显改善(P<0.01);两组疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟暖宫汤治疗虚寒型原发性痛经疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Nuangong Decoction on primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency cold.Methods： The 100 cases were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 50 cases in each. Patientswere treated by Nuangong Decoction in treatment group and Wuji Baifen pill in control group, from a week before menstrua-tion to three days after menstruation, for 3 menstrual cycles; then the Dysmenorrhea symptom score, numeric rating scales（NRS） and efficacy were observed. Results： The symptoms score of dysmenorrhea of the two groups and numeric rating scales（NRS） were significantly decreased after treatment （P〈0.01）. The treatment group showed better clinical efficacy than the controlgroup （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Nuangong Decoction can provide accurate effect for primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency cold type.
