摘　　要：气道重塑是哮喘的一个重要病理特征,也是哮喘迁延难愈的重要环节。预防和逆转气道重塑是中医药治疗哮喘的有效途径之一。本文综述了中医药通过某些靶点,干预哮喘气道重塑作用机制的研究进展,旨在为临床防治哮喘提供更广阔的思路。Airway remodeling is an important pathological feature of the asthma, and is also very important segment indelay refractory asthma. Prevention and reversal of airway remodeling is one of the effective ways of Traditional ChineseMedicine to treat asthma. To provide a broader thinking for clinical prevention and treatment of the asthma, the researchprogress of Traditional Chinese Medicine intervening in asthmatic airway remodeling mechanism by some targets is summarizedin this article.
