透明质酸面膜护理雀斑激光术后创面的临床评价

摘　　要：目的：观察透明质酸面膜对雀斑激光术后皮肤创面修复能力的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选择40例接受雀斑激光治疗的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，激光术后及观察期间按医生指导使用透明质酸面膜或金霉素软膏做为术后护理产品，分别于治疗后即刻，冷敷20分钟后、治疗后第3天以及第5天，记录两组患者的症状和体征，同时记录创面愈合情况。结果：雀斑激光术后20例患者经过透明质酸面膜冷敷后，术后刺痛、烧灼、紧绷感等主观症状较对照组得到效缓解，红斑、水肿等不良反应减轻，皮损创面修复较对照组快．痂壳脱落后创面光滑，整个治疗过程无过敏等不良反应。结论：透明质酸面膜可用于改善激光术后剌痛、烧灼等主观症状，减轻红斑、水肿等不良反应，可促进皮肤创面快速修复，缩短创面的愈合时间，疗效确切，是一种安全有效的激光术后修复治疗手段。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of hyaluronic acid dressings applied after laser therapy for freckles. Methods Ahogether 40 patients with freckles were enrolled in this study. After the treatment with Q - switched Alexandfite Laser, the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group were smeared with hyaluronic acid dressings on the face for 20 minutes immediately after laser therapy, and then once per day for 7 days. Patients in the control group were treated by Chlortetracyeline oint- ment. Symptoms, physical signs and wound healing of two groups were recorded immediately, 20 minutes, three days and five days ＇after treatment respectively. Results Compared with the control group, the extw.rimental group showed a better improvement of acute inflammatory responses, such ms pricking, tight feeling and burning sensation. Adverse reactions, like erythema, edema were also reduced in the experimental grcmp. The time for crust formulation and desquamation were significantly different between the two groups. No allergy and other adverse reactions were detected daring the treatment process. Conclusions Hyaluronic acid dressings can reduce adverse reactions and improve subjective symptoms after the laser therapy for freckles, and also promote skin wound repair, then shorten the woumt healing time. Hyaluronic acid dressings applied after laser surgery is safe and effective repair therapy.
