摘　　要：目的总结腔镜腔镜下甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术后的护理体会。方法对我科10例患者术前做好全面的宣教和准备工作，术后作好病情观察与并发症的观察与护理结果10例患者手术均获成功，术后恢复良好，出血量约45-90ml，无手术并发症发生，4—6天出院，颈部无疤痕，美容效果好。结论充分的术前准备，良好的心理护理，加上术后密切观察和预防并发症的发展，是成功手术的保证。Objective To sum up the nursing experience of. endoscopic endoscopic benign thyroid Methods to me by 10 cases of patients with a comprehensive education and do preparatory work for postoperative complications of the disease observation and observation and care The results were 10 eases of patients with success, after a good recovery and bleeding about 45 ~ 90 ml, no operative complications, 4 - 6 days and discharged without the neck scars, beauty good effect.
