一例颅脑外伤合并急性肾功能衰竭患者护理

摘　　要：通过对1例颅脑外伤合并急性肾功能衰竭患者进行病情观察、用药观察、心理干预、基础护理、呼吸机护理、呼吸道护理、并发症护理、健康指导等方面针对性的护理，患者最终康复出院。研究结果表明，针对性的临床护理措施有助于患者病情的预后及康复，临床护理效果显著，患者预后良好，病情康复快，为类似病例的临床护理研究提供借鉴。In one patients with craniocerebral trauma combined with acute renal failure condition observation,medication observation,psychological intervention,basic nursing,breath-ing machine,respiratory nursing,complication nursing targeted nursing,health guidance,etc,patients eventual y recovered from.The results show that the specific clinical nursing measures could help patients prognosis and rehabilitation,clinical nursing ef ect is remarkable,patients with good prognosis,quicker recovery,to provide reference for similar cases of clinical nursing re-search.
