一例老年性痴呆病人的护理研究

摘　　要：对1例老龄化及老年痴呆病人进行日常的生活护理，从饮食评价、排泄评估、皮肤护理、认知障碍等四方面进行全面的评估及护理，患者经过护理后病情得到很大改善，最终出院。对护理病人进行情况跟踪，对患者家属进行专业护理知识的培训及普及，使家属掌握对该类病人的护理措施，患者预后良好，病情康复快，生活质量得到提高。One cases of aging and alzheimer＆#39;s patients in daily life care,From food evaluation,discharge assessment,skin care,cognitive impairment,and four aspects of a comprehen-sive assessment and nursing.After nursing patient is improved greatly,The final out of the hospital.Tracking for nursing patients situation,to the patients＆#39;families for professional nursing knowl-edge training and popularization,Families can master the nursing measures of this kind of patients,patients with good prognosis,quicker recovery,the quality of life was improved.
