关于上颌单颌拔牙矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合的相关研究进展

摘　　要：安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合是临床上常见的，且较难同时取得理想侧貌与良好咬合关系的畸形之一。此类错牙合畸形在临床上常表现为开唇露齿，深覆合，深覆盖等，且多伴有不同程度的上下颌骨垂直向和水平向不调。对于其机制及治疗前后软硬组织变化，国内外学者做了很多研究，也存在很多争议。本文就上颌单颌拔牙矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合的相关研究做一综述。Angle class II division 1 malocclusion is one of the most common malocclusion and is dif icult to achieve ideal profile.This malocclusion always show teeth uncovered by lips, deep overbite,deep over jet.International and domestic academics do many researches about its mechanism and change before and after treatment,but steal remain a lot of controversy.This re-view was a brief summary of the current knowledge about the above study.
