2012年北京市密云县居民健康素养监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市密云县居民健康素养状况及相关的影响因素,为政府和卫生行政部门制定提高居民健康素养的干预政策、策略和措施提供科学依据。方法按容量比例概率抽样法(PPS法)、简单随机抽样和KISH表法,在全县内抽取2个居委会和21个自然村,采用北京市疾病预防控制中心提供的"全国居民健康素养监测—调查问卷"进行入户调查。结果被调查者健康素养总体水平为13.5%,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本健康技能的人口比例分别是18.5%、12.5%和19.3%;具备相关健康素养的人口比例由高到低分别是:安全与急救素养51%、科学健康观素养44%、传染病预防素养34.5%、信息的获取与应用素养18.3%、基本医疗素养14.8%、慢性病预防素养10.3%、日常保健素养9.3%;居民健康知识知晓率68.7%。结论全县居民整体健康素养具备率较低,健康教育与健康促进工作要坚持不懈。Objective To investigate the status and related influence factors of residents＇ health literacy in Miyun county,therefore to provide scientific evidence to government and health bureau for making intervention policies,developing strategies and taking measures. Methods The methods of probability proportion to size sampling（ PPS）,simple random sampling and KISH Grid sampling were enrolled in this study. 21 villages and 2 residents committees in the county were selected and surveyed by ＂national residents＇ health literacy monitoring-questionnaire＂,which provided by Beijing center for disease control and prevention. Results The overall health literacy level of the respondents was 13. 5%. The rates of persons with basic knowledge,healthy lifestyles and behaviors and basic health skills were 18. 5%,12. 5% and 19. 3% respectively. The higher to lower percentages of related health literacy were as followed： security and emergency literacy,science literacy,infectious disease prevention literacy,information acquisition and application literacy,basic medical literacy,chronic disease prevention literacy and daily health care literacy,which accounted for 51%,44%,34. 5%,18. 3%,14. 8%,10. 3% and 9. 3% respectively.The awareness of health knowledge in residents was 68. 7%. Conclusion The overall rate of health literacy in local residents was low. Health education and health promotion should be persisted.
