辛桂止痛栓对子宫腺肌病痛经的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察辛桂止痛栓对子宫腺肌病痛经的治疗作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法及催产素诱发的大鼠痛经模型,采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验及大鼠子宫内包埋塑料管模型,观察辛桂止痛栓的镇痛和抗炎作用。结果:辛桂止痛栓可延长热板法小鼠痛阈值,能显著延长催产素诱发的大鼠痛经扭体潜伏期,减少扭体发生次数,能明显降低醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高,能降低异物所致子宫炎症肿胀度。结论:辛桂止痛栓具有较好的镇痛和抗炎作用,对子宫腺肌病痛经有一定的治疗作用。Objective：To study the effect of Xingui Zhitong Plug on uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.Method：Through using the mice hot plate method,dysmenorrhea rat model induced by oxytocin,the increase of blood capillary permeability of the abdominal in mice test caused by acetic acid and the embedding in uterus of rats model,we discussed the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Xingui Zhitong Plug on uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.Results：Xingui Zhitong Plug can prolong the threshold of pain in mice hot plate model.It can significantly prolong the writhing incubation period in dysmenorrhea rat model induced by oxytocin and reduce the body torsion frequency.Xingui Zhitong Plug also can significantly reduce the increase of blood capillary permeability of the abdominal in mice test caused by acetic acid and bring down the uterine inflammation swelling degree caused by foreign bodies.Conclusion：Xingui Zhitong Plug has good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.Besides,it has certain therapeutic effect on uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.
