血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛血瘀证疗效的异质性研究

摘　　要：传统的临床研究只重视药物对某疾病的有效性观察,而忽视了对无效性病例的研究,这一现象在中医的临床研究中尤为明显。无效病例的存在可能与很多的影响因素,但此间原因的分析对个体化治疗和诊治理论的更新具有积极的意义。从血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病血瘀证的疗效研究的文献着手,探讨疗效差异这一现象。Traditional clinical research is only concerned about the effectiveness of drugs on the observation of diseases,but ignores the research of ineffective cases,and this phenomenon in traditional Chinese medicine is particularly evident in clinical studies.Invalid cases may have many factors,but here the analysis of the causes and treatment of individual therapy theory update has positive implications.This article studied the effect difference from Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction efficacy of coronary heart disease stasis.
