电针合谷穴对正常人面口部痛阈影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:以"面口合谷收"理论为指导,运用痛阈测定方法,观察针刺合谷穴对正常人面部痛阈的影响,探索合谷穴与面口部之间的特异性联系。方法:运用SPSS软件编程的方法,将健康受试者随机分为合谷穴组、后溪穴组、外关穴组,分别针刺健康受试者合谷穴、后溪穴、外关穴,运用钾离子测痛法观测针刺前后受试者面部痛阈,比较研究针刺合谷穴、后溪穴、外关穴对健康受试者面部痛阈的影响。结果:针刺健康受试者合谷穴对其面口部下颌区痛阈有明显影响(P<0.05);针刺健康受试者合谷穴对其面口部额区、颊区、下颌区痛阈变化率的影响明显强于针刺后溪穴、外关穴(P<0.05)。结论:针刺合谷穴对正常人面部痛阈有明显影响,其影响程度明显强于针刺后溪穴、外关穴,提示正常人合谷穴与面口部感觉功能之间存在相对特异性的联系。Objective：Guided by the theory of Hegu（LI 4） treating orofacial disorders and with the use of pain threshold detection,the impacts of electroacupuncture at Hegu（LI 4） on healthy people＇s orofacial region were observed and the specific correlation between Hegu（LI 4） and the orofacial region were studied.Methods：The healthy people were randomly divided into Hegu（LI4）,Houxi（SI3） and Waiguan（SJ5） groups with SPSS software.Hegu（LI4）,Houxi（SI3） and Waiguan（SJ5） were needled respectively in the healthy people and the differences of the facial pain threshold were observed by using the potassium-ion density dolorimeter.Results：The effect of needling Hegu（LI4） on the changing rate of pain threshold in the healthy people＇s mandibular region showed significant difference（P〈0.05）.The effect of needling Hegu（LI4） comparing with Houxi（SI3） and Waiguan（SJ5） on the changing rate of pain threshold in the frontal region,the buccal region and the mandibular area of the healthy people showed significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Needling Hegu（LI4） has an obvious effect on the healthy people＇s orofacial region and the effect is much stronger than that of needling Houxi（SI3） and Waiguan（SJ5）.The results suggest that there is specific correlation between Hegu（LI4） and the healthy people＇s orofacial region.
