摘　　要：目的：建立宣肺止咳合剂中葛根素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法：采用Hypersil BDS C18分析柱（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇∶水=25∶75,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为30℃。结果：本方法线性范围为7.0625～226μg/mL（r=0.9999）,平均回收率在100.58%,RSD为2.31%（n=6）。结论：本方法灵敏准确,重复性好,适用于宣肺止咳合剂中葛根素的含量测定。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of Puerarin in Xuanfei Zhike Mixture by HPLC.Methods：The chromatographic column Hypersil BDS C18column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,,5 μm） was used with the temperature of 30 ℃,mobile phase with a mixture of methanol-water（25 ∶ 75）,flow rate by 1.0 mL·min-1,and detecting wavelength with 250 nm.Result：The linear range of Puerarin was 7.0625 ～ 226 μg/mL（r = 0.9999）,,with the average recovery rate was 100.58%（RSD = 2.31%,n = 6）.Conclusion：The method was sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It could be suitable for determination of the content of puerarin in Xuanfei Zhike Mixture.
