摘 要:目的:对山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物进行表征,并考察其体外释药特性。方法:采用紫外光谱、红外光谱,X-射线衍射分析法与溶解度法,表征山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物;动态透析法评价山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的体外释放特性。结果:与原辅料及其物理混合物比较,山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的红外光谱,X-射线衍射图均有一定改变;山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物在磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.4)溶液中的释放遵循Higuchi方程。结论:山楂叶总黄酮磷脂复合物的体外释放以被动扩散为主。Objective:The characterization and in vitro release study of Hawthorn Leaves Flavonids Phospholipid Complex(HLF-PPC) were studied.Method:The characterization of HLF-PPC was analyzed by using the ultraviolet spectrum,infrared spectrum,and differential scanning.Dynamic dialysis method was used to determine the release characteristic of HLF-PPC in vitro.Result:Compared with the raw materials and the physical mixture,there was certain difference absorption spectra of HLF-PPC.The drug release behavior of HLF-PPC in phosphate buffered(pH 7.4) was described by Higuchi mode.Conclusion:HLF-PPC was passive diffusion in vitro.
