黄芪中药种衣剂对黄芪的包衣效果研究

摘　　要：主要发生在苗期的根腐病以及花荚期的蚜虫病,是黄芪生长发育过程中经常发生的病虫害,本文应用课题组自制的种衣剂对黄芪种子进行包衣,不包衣的黄芪种子为对照组,通过田间试验,以黄芪种子发芽率、黄芪根腐病发生情况、蚜虫发生程度三者为考察对象,从而针对自制黄芪中药种衣剂对黄芪的包衣效果进行初步的研究。The plant diseases and insect pests of the Astragalus mongholicus mainly are root rot at the seeding stage and aphids diseases at the flowering and podding stage in the growth and development. We used seed coating agent that was produced by our re- search group to garment the Astragalus mongholicus seeds, and used uncoated seeds as the contrast group. In order to the coating elfects, We observe and study percentage of seedgermination, root rot and aphids diseases through field testing.
