出院药抗菌药物限制使用情况的分析

摘　　要：目的通过对出院药抗菌药物限制性使用的情况分析,进一步提高抗菌药物的合理应用,促进临床用药安全。方法查阅中心药房2012年9月至2013年8月所有的出院药的处方,分别按科室统计及记录每个月出院药的处方中有使用抗生素的处方数以及当月出院药的总处方数。结果出院药总处方29411张,使用抗菌药总处方物1122张,占3.81%。结论我院出院药使用抗菌药物的情况基本合理,但仍存在一定问题,需要药师与医师多沟通,尽量减少抗生素的滥用带来的危害。Objective To promote the reasonable use of the antibacterial agents as well as the safety of clinical drugs through an analysis on the restriction of the antibacterial agents in discharge medications. Methods Refered to the discharged medication prescriptions from August 2013 to February 2013 in the central pharmacy, added up the number of the prescriptions with an antibiotic based on different sections in every month. And according to the statistics to calculate the usage rate of antibiotics, then made some charts with Microsoft Excel for discussing. Results The total amount of the prescriptions which were checked was 29411, but there were only 1122 pieces of these with antibiotics , accounting for 3.81%. Conclusion The usage of antibiotics were basically reasonable in our hospital,though still existed some problem. So it was very important for chemists and doctors to communicate in order to reduce the harm cause for abused antibiotics.
