中医针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析中医针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法随机将我院收治的70例患者分为对照组和观察组,临床对对照组患者主要采用牵引疗法治疗,对观察组患者采用中医针灸疗法,并观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组有效率达到96.43%,对照组有效率75.0%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(χ2=12.846,P=0.0073),二者差异有统计学意义,观察组无一例发生不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率17.14%,对照组不良反应发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objectlve To observe and analyze the acupuncture therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect. Methods A total of 70 cases in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, the clinical use of traction therapy for the patients in the control group, the observation group were treated with Chinese acupuncture treatment, and to observe the two groups of patients treatment effect. Result The effective rate reached 96.43%, the effective rate of control group was 75%, the curative effect of therapeutic group was better than the control group （x^2=12.846, P=0.0073 ） , there was significant difference between the two groups, the observation group with no adverse reaction, control group took the adverse reaction rate was 17.14%, control group took the adverse reaction rate was significantly higher than that of the observation group （P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Acupuncture therapy in the treatment Of lumbar disc herniation, high security, is worth the clinical promotion.
