缓解期哮喘患者的三伏贴治疗及护理

摘　　要：目的观察三伏贴治疗及护理缓解期哮喘患者的临床效果。方法我院就诊的120例缓解期哮喘患者按数字随机表法分组,给予对照组常规护理,应用三伏贴治疗实验组,对两组效果进行统计。结果①实验组有效率高于对照组(96.7%VS 73.3%,P<0.05);②实验组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF分别为(1.7±0.3)、(2.5±0.3)、(68.9±0.2)、(2.4±0.3),提示肺功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三伏贴治疗及护理缓解期哮喘患者,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the treatment and nursing of Sanfu stickers clinical effect in patients with asthma. Methods In our hospital, 120 patients with asthma were divided by random digital table method, the control group received routine nursing care, three in experimental group were treated by acupoint application, statistics on the two group effect. Results The experimental group had higher efficiency than the control group （96.7%VS 73.3%, P〈 0.05）;the experimental group FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, PEF were （1.7 ± 0.3）, （2.5 ± 0.3）, （68.9 ± 0.2）, （2.4 ± 0.3）, pulmonary function improvement than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Proper treatment and nursing care of three asthma patients in remission period, significant effect, worthy of promotion.
