摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(Lasik)后患者满意度及生活质量的影响。方法选择Lasik手术的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上采取有针对性的护理干预措施,比较两组患者术后满意度及生活质量。结果与对照组比较,观察组采取护理干预后SAS评分明显降低,患者满意度与自理能力明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对Lasik手术患者采取针对性的护理干预措施,可有效提高患者术后的满意度和生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on satisfaction and life quality of postoperative Lasik patients. Methods From January 2010 to June 2013, 80 cases of Lasik operation patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing. Observation group was given psychological intervention before operation on the basis of the control group. Compared satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, observation group adopted SAS score decreased significantly after nursing intervention, patient satisfaction and self-care ability was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking nursing intervention measures for patients with Lasik operation can effectively improve patients satisfaction and life quality.
