摘　　要：北京野鸭湖国家湿地保护区拥有多种多样的自然景观和丰富的动植物资源,发展湿地生态旅游可有效保护其资源环境与推动当地社会经济可持续发展。首先分析了野鸭湖湿地旅游资源环境的特点,其次从现状、问题、SWOT三个方面对旅游开发进行分析,然后从生态旅游产品开发、社区参与旅游发展、湿地资源环境保护、旅游服务设施建设四大模块来构建野鸭湖生态旅游发展模式,最后从政策机制、发展资金与效益三个方面提出湿地生态旅游发展保障机制。There is variety of natural landscapes and rich animals and plant resources in Yeya Lake National Wetland Reserve, Beijing. The development of wetland ecotourism can effectively protect the resources environment and promo the local social and economic sustainable development. Firstly, the characteristics of tourism resources and environment for Yeya Lake National Wetland Reserve were analyzed. Secondly, tourism development were analyzed from present situation and existing problems, the SWOT of development wetland ecotourism. Thirdly, the model of wetland ecotourism for Yeya Lake National Wetland Reserve was constructed from ecotourism product development, community participation in tourism development, the protection on wetland resources and environment, tourism service facilities construction. Finally, the safeguard mechanism on wetland ecotourism for Yeya Lake National Wetland Reserve was put forward from the policy and mechanism, development funds and development effectiveness.
