摘　　要：美国近年来解密的外交文件显示,1959年西藏叛乱后,美国总统艾森豪威尔与达赖喇嘛进行了频繁的书信联络。这些信件作为原始史料,一方面客观真实地见证了达赖集团在国外的分裂活动;另一方面也揭示了美国在幕后支持达赖集团策动"西藏问题"国际化的历史真相。U.S.diplomatic documents declassified in recent years showed that U.S.President Dwight David Eisenhower and the Dalai Lama had secret letter contacts after the rebellion of Tibet in 1959.As primary historical sources those letters not only witnessed the Dalai clique's split activities in foreign countries objectively and truly,but also revealed the historical truth of the internationalization of "Tibet issue" instigated by the Dalai clique which supported by the United States behind the scenes.
