摘　　要：中国农民合作经济组织的研究随着实践进程中农民合作难的问题凸显而逐渐展开。国内外的研究者对农民合作经济组织开展了多视角、多维度的研究,研究成果主要体现在何谓农民合作经济组织即农民合作经济组织的概念和发展现状、为何发展农民合作经济组织即组织发展的必要性、如何发展农民合作经济组织即组织的发展规范、路径选择与政府角色研究三个方面。Along with the rise of the practical problem of difficult cooperation among farmers, the study of farmer cooperative economic organization has become one of the most appealing topics. The main research results manifest in following aspects： what is a farmer cooperative economic organization （the concept and development status of the organization）, why the farmer cooperative economic organization is important （the analysis of the necessity of developing the organization）, and how to develop a farmer cooperative economic organization （the development standards, path selection of the organization and the role of government）. However,the study also has shortcomings in systematically illustrating of the features of the change and the intrinsic logic of the organization, establishing solid theoretical frameworks of rural organizations and the combination of quantitative and qualitative research, which will be the focus of future study.
