摘　　要：中国的特殊农情决定了农业要素产权被管制从而农业要素市场变得不完全,但通过要素契约替代产品契约的方式,让农业中间服务组织成为中心签约者并获得剩余权利,有利于交易费用的下降,以缓解农业要素市场失灵问题。中间专业服务组织通过一系列要素契约把整个农业要素市场体系中的所有供给者与消费者联系在一起。因此,农业三大要素市场组织之间其实是通过农业中间服务组织的作用交织而成,而每一种农业要素市场组织均是一个相应的要素契约集合。最终,农业"三大市场"的一般均衡是"三大契约"相互关联的结果。The special agricultural condition in China determines the agricultural factor property rights being regulated which makes the agricultural factor market become incomplete. However,in the way of factor contract substituting product contract,the agricultural intermediate service organization becomes the central contractor who has residual rights,which resolves agricultural factor market failure problem and reduces transaction costs. The intermediate service organization ties all suppliers and consumers of the whole agricultural factor market system together through a series of factor contracts. So,these three agricultural factor market organizations are interlinked by the agricultural intermediate service organization. What's more,each agricultural factor market organization is a factor contractual set,correspondingly. At last,the general equilibrium of the three agricultural factor markets is the result of interlinking of the three kinds of contracts.
