摘　　要：针对汽车车身冲压同步工程中常见的开裂、起皱和重力变形等产品缺陷,利用Autoform和Dynaform两款软件分析了产生缺陷的原因,提出了解决措施,并进行了可行性验证。结果表明,通过冲压同步工程,可以在产品开发初期及早发现和解决新产品冲压问题,从而达到缩短产品开发周期、降低开发成本的目的。To eliminate the defects of cracking, and corrugation and gravity deformation which frequently occur in the auto body stamping simultaneous engineering, we use software Autoform and Dynaform to analyze the cause of the above defects, and make feasibility verification. The results show that with the aid of stamping simultaneous engineering,we can find stamping defects of new products and solve in the early stage of development, which helps to shorten development lead time and reduce cost.
