某潜艇支队艇员卫生服务的需求及利用

摘　　要：目的了解海军某潜艇部队官兵医疗服务需求和利用情况,为决策部门合理分配部队卫生资源提出依据。方法采取整群抽样方法,抽取某潜艇支队艇员183人进行问卷调查,调查内容包括与卫生服务需求及利用相关的情况,借助SPSS 11.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果该部队官兵两周患病率为36.6%,两周患病未就诊率为73.1%。两周所患疾病主要是运动系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病,患病率分别为70.1%、28.4%和23.9%。门诊就诊主要集中在舰艇军医和支队医院,分别占42.3%和34.6%;住院服务主要集中在联勤部医院,占42.9%。近1个月,41.9%的官兵表示压力很大或较大。结论该部队官兵卫生服务需求量大,但利用有待提高;运动系统疾患是影响官兵健康水平的第一位疾病因素;官兵对门诊服务的利用主要集中在基层医疗机构;该部队官兵心理卫生服务需求大而利用少。Objective To study the basic condition of need and utilization of health service for military members in a submarine force,so as to give the advices to the health management institutions for optimizing the allocation of health resources. Methods Using stratified cluster sampling,183 military members in a submarine force were surveyed with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS 11. 0 software. Results The two-week disease incidence was 36. 6%,and 73. 1% of the patients did not consult any medical services. The commonly encountered diseases in the submarine force were diseases of musculoskeletal system,digestive system,and respiratory system; and the twoweek incidence of each disease was 70. 1%,28. 4%,and 23. 9% respectively. The clinic visits were mainly in sick bay（ 42. 3%） and detachment hospital（ 34. 6%）; and the hospitalization occurred mainly in joint service hospitals（42.9）.About 41.9% of the investigated soldiers were under stress or great stress in recent one month. Conclusion There is a high need of health service in the submarine force,while the utilization of it should be improved. The diseases of musculoskeletal system is the leading factor affecting the health level of the investigated soldiers. The utilization of clinic service mainly happens in basic medical institutions. The need of mental health services is high in the submarine force,but the utilization of it is low.
