摘  要:提出了一种故障轴承的三维建模方法,并采用数值模拟和实验研究相结合的方法分析了352226X2-2RZ型双列圆锥滚子轴承在正常状态和外圈剥离故障状态时的故障特征频率。首先,利用三维实体建模软件Solidworks建立了正常状态和外圈剥离故障状态的轴承模型;然后,将模型导入ADAMS中添加约束和驱动,并对两种模型进行动力学仿真分析;最后,利用轮对跑合实验台对故障轴承进行试验测试分析,试验结果与仿真结果十分吻合。研究结果证明了所提出的建模和仿真方法的正确性。A faulty bearings three-dimensional modeling method is proposed.The fault frequency of the 352226X2-2RZ two-row tapered roller bearing in the normal and faulty state is analyzed using a combination of numerical simulation and experimental study methods.Firstly,the normal and faulty bearing models are developed using the commercial software Solidworks.These models are then introduced to ADAMS for the addition of joints and drivers and dynamic simulation.Comparing the simulation values with theoretical results show that the simulation results are accurate.Finally,the vibration signal of the roller bearings with outer ring faults is measured on a wheelset running-in test-bed.The experimental results fit with those from the simulation,and the results of the analysis show that the modeling and simulating methods used in this paper are correct.
