摘  要:基于Jones轴承建模理论,建立了滚动轴承拟静力学模型。将轴承模型同转子有限元模型进行集成,建立了转子-轴承系统动力学模型。对于轴承局部损伤,利用一系列近似等距的冲击脉冲描述滚动体经过损伤时产生的冲击现象。将损伤产生的激励力输入转子-轴承系统模型,利用Newmark-β时域积分法对轴承损伤产生的动态振动响应进行数值仿真。将仿真的振动响应与轴承故障试验台数据进行对比,验证了滚动轴承损伤模型的有效性。结果表明,利用理论模型仿真轴承损伤产生的振动响应是可行的,能为转子-轴承系统的故障诊断提供依据。Rolling element bearings are widely used in rotating machinery,and are usually the weakest components that affect the operating reliability of machines.In this paper,aquasi-static model of rolling bearings based on Jones′bearing theory is proposed.By integrating the bearing model with the finite element model of a rotor,a dynamic model of the rotor-bearing system is obtained.For bearing defects modeling,a series of approximately equally spaced force impulses are generated.The generated force is input into the dynamic model of the roto-bearing system,and then the vibration responses are calculated using the Newmark-βtime-domain integration method.The simulated vibration responses of defective bearings are compared with the measured data from a bearing test rig.The results show that it is feasible to predict the vibration response caused by bearing defects with a theoretical model,which may provide useful proofs for fault diagnosis of rotor-bearing systems.
