摘　　要：猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)是猪腹泻的重要病原之一,广泛流行于世界多地,引起较大经济损失。PEDV为冠状病毒属不分节段的单股正链RNA病毒,其S基因编码病毒纤突蛋白,与病毒对宿主细胞的吸附入侵相关。研究发现,不同分离株PEDV S基因N端序列具变异性,推测其与病毒抗原性改变相关;试验证实S基因具有良好的免疫原性,可刺激机体产生中和抗体,故可作为新型疫苗开发的候选基因,同时S基因保守区域也可以作为诊断方法建立的靶点。论文主要对PEDV S基因结构、功能及其在疫苗与诊断技术方面的研究进展进行综述,为研究病毒感染机制,开发用于临床的快速诊断技术和新型疫苗提供参考。Porcine epidemic diarrhea（PED）caused by PEDV is a highly contagious enteric disease of swine.It cause serious economic loses in recent years.PEDV is an unsegmented and enveloped single strand RNA virus of the coronavirus group.The spike（S）protein encoded by S gene is one of the main structural proteins of PEDV.Besides their central role in the induction of the immune response,PEDV S proteins mediate essential biological functions such as recognition of target cells and fusion of viral and cellular membranes.Some studies found that there was largest number of amino acid variations in N-terminal region of the S gene,and it may change antigenicity.And because of the satisfied immunogenicity,S gene could be used as a candidate gene and detection gene for further study.This article summarized the research progress on the structure and function of PEDV S gene,offering more date about the study of vaccine and diagnosis method.
