摘　　要：异尖线虫病是由于食用了含有异尖线虫第三期幼虫活体的鱼类或头足类引起的一种人兽共患寄生虫病,主要表现为急腹症症状或过敏症状。论文综述了异尖线虫病的病原学、流行病学、症状、病理变化、治疗和预防,并重点概括了异尖线虫的免疫刺激、过敏症的流行病学、症状、过敏原,以及已死亡的异尖线虫幼虫造成过敏的风险。该病在公共卫生方面的意义不容忽视,国内应对该病进行深入广泛的研究。Anisakiasis is a parasitic zoonosis caused by the consumption of fish or cephalopods contaminated with a live third stage larvae of Anisakis,which is characterized by acute abdomen or allergy.This paper reviewed the research progress on anisakiasis in aspects of etiology,epidemiology,symptoms,pathological lesions,treatment and prevention,specially focused on the immune stimulation,allergens of Anisakis,and risk of dead-larva induced allergy.Considering the public health significance which cannot be ignored,thouroughly and extensively research should be carried out in China.
