摘　　要：动物实验设施已成为生命科学研究的重要支撑条件,设施的硬件条件及软件水平直接影响到科研数据的准确性。论文就北京大学医学部清洁级动物实验设施发展历史、运行与管理的现状进行总结,对所存在的问题及解决方法加以探讨,以期能够为研究人员提供更好的服务。Animal experiment facility has become an important support condition in life science research.The hardware conditions and software levels of facilities directly affect the accuracy of scientific data.This paper summarized the development and management of animal experimental barrier facilities in Peking University Health Center,and discussed the existing problems and solutions,in order to provide better service for the researchers.
