摘　　要：为了解决绵羊人工瘤胃瘘管安装手术后发生局部渗漏和术部感染等问题,选用20只滩羊,采用对该手术中存在问题的手术步骤进行改进的方法,对瘤胃瘘管安装手术方法进行了研究。结果找到了出现局部渗漏和感染的原因,其主要是手术时对创口部位的腹膜切口没有处理好和术部创口与塑料套管之间的紧箍不牢靠。还改进了传统手术中存在问题环节的具体方法,主要包括控制好创口的大小;固定并密封术部腹膜;建立先制作腹壁、腹膜和瘤胃三位一体的人工瘘道,再一次性插入人工套管的绵羊人工瘤胃瘘管安装手术方法等。用改进后方法实施手术的成功率为100%,为提高人工瘤胃瘘管安装手术的质量提供了新的方法。In order to solve the problems of local seepage and postoperative infection after the rumen fistula installation operation in the sheep,twenty Tan sheep were fitted with rumen fistula to investigate the permanent rumen fistula installation operation through improving and solving the problems during the operation procedure.The results revealed that the main reason of infection and percolation were that peritoneal incision was dealt inefficiently and the tightening was not firm between the wound and the plastic casing after the rumen fistula installation.The major points of improvement were：controlling the size of the wound and fixing and sealing the peritoneum.Firstly the trinitarian fistula of the abdominal wall,peritoneum and rumen was made.Secondly the plastic sleeve was inserted into the fistula at once.The successful rate of this method was 100%and the establishment of the method could provide a new and good method for installing the rumen fistula.
