摘 要:海上钻井平台利用雷达能够实时监测海面溢油状况,但由于其受到如海面低风速区、海洋内波、大气状况等各因素的干扰,导致waveX/OSD系统监测结果中往往包含少判、多判、误判等信息,还需要人工筛选,费时费力。在研究了图像的目标识别、信息提取、数据筛选等技术的基础上,对基于时间序列的雷达溢油监测结果鉴别技术进行了研究,并用C++编程实现,实验结果表明,该技术不仅大大提高了溢油监测的效率,而且将鉴别精度进一步提高,符合实际应用的要求,具有重要的实际应用价值。Offshore drilling platforms can use radar to monitor the situation of oil spill in a real-time way, but due to the disturbance of various factors, like low wind speed zone of the ocean surface, ocean internal waves and the condition of the atmosphere, the results of the waveX/OSD system usually contain error information, leading to time-consuming artificial selection. On the foundation of the image target recognition, information extraction and data filtering technologies, research was conducted on the identification technology of radar oil spill monitoring results based on time series, and the technology was realized with C++ program. The experiment results show that the identification technology can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of oil spill monitoring, but also meet the requirements of practical applications. Therefore, the technology has important practical value.
