微小气候疗养对老年男性2型糖尿病性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年男性2型糖尿病患者气候疗法后性激素的变化。方法对49名老年2型糖尿病患者所处居室进行24 h/d空气净化以改善气候环境,1个月后抽血检测睾酮、雌二醇、促滤泡成熟激素、促黄体生成激素。结果实验1个月后,睾酮、促滤泡成熟激素与净化前比较均显著升高(P<0.05);雌二醇有显著的降低(P<0.05);有效率为76%以上。促黄体生成激素无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者进行微小气候治疗,能显著改善其性激素的水平。Objective To probe into the changes of gonadal horm one after clim atotherapy am ong the aged m ales w ith type-II diabetes. Methods A ir purification for 24 hours per day w as conducted in room s of 49 aged m ales w ith type-II diabetes to im prove the clim atic en-vironm ent,and then testosterone,estradiol,follicle stim ulating horm one,and luteinizing horm one w ere tested by draw ing blood after one m onth .Results A fter one m onth ,testosterone and follicle stim ulating horm one rem arkably increased （P〈0 .05 ）;estradiol rem arkably de-creased （P〈0 .05 ）;the effective rate w as over 76%;luteinizing horm one had not clear change （P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion M ircroclim atotherapy can rem arkably im prove the gonadal horm one of the aged m ales w ith type-II diabetes.
