综合疗养因子对老年2型糖尿病患者体质指数、血脂异常的干预

摘　　要：目的探讨多种疗养因子对老年2型糖尿病患者血压、体质指数和血脂异常因素的干预效果。方法选择疗养员体检中符合2型糖尿病和血脂异常的87例患者,对他们进行综合疗养因子康复干预30 d和出院后6个月健康生活方式随访管理。比较前后体质指数、血压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的变化。81例完成了为期7个月的干预和随访管理。结果综合疗养因子干预和随访管理后,体质指数、血压有所下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降明显,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合疗养因子干预和健康生活方式管理有助于2型糖尿病患者血脂异常的改善,对减轻体质指数和降低血压水平有待进一步的观察。Objective Toprobe into the intervention effect of various convalescent factors on blood pressure,body m ass index ,and dys-lipidem ia am ong the aged sufferers w ith type-II diabetes.Methods 87 sufferers w ith type-II diabetes and dyslipidem ia w ere selected from the convalescents w ho w ere executed a 30-day rehabilitation intervention of com prehensive convalescent factors and a follow-up visit about healthy life style in post-discharge 6 m onths.T he changes betw een before and after rehabilitation w ere com pared in term s of body m ass in-dex ,blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol.T here w ere 81 cases w ho had finished the seven-m onth intervention and follow-up m anagem ent.Results A fter the intervention of com prehensive convales-cent factors and follow-up m anagem ent,the value of body m ass index and blood pressure clearly decreased ,but the difference w as of no sta-tistical significance （P〉0 .05 ）.T he value of total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol rem arkably decreased and the value of high density lipoprotein cholesterol rem arkably increased,and the difference w as of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion T he intervention of com prehensive convalescent factors and healthy life style m anagem ent can help im prove dyslipidem ia am ong the aged sufferers w ith type-II diabetes,but w hether or not it can reduce body m ass index and blood pressure needs further observation .
