昆明安宁综合疗养因子对军队在职疗养员血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的观察综合疗养因子对军队在职疗养员血脂的影响。方法对来成都军区昆明疗养院疗养的315例血脂异常的军队在职疗养员,采取规律饮食、健康教育、合理运动同时结合多种疗养因子的综合治疗措施,比较疗养前和疗养30 d后血脂变化情况。结果经过疗养,军队在职疗养员的血脂情况得到显著改善,TC、TG和LDL得到显著下降(P<0.05),HDL无明显影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合疗养因子对军队在职疗养员的血脂有显著改善作用。Objective To observe the influence of comprehensive convalescent factors on blood fat of military in-service convalescents. Methods 315 military in-service convalescents with abnormal blood lipid at K unming sanatoriumof Chengdu Military Region were given comprehensive therapeutic measures of diet regulation,health education,reasonable exercise,and various convalescent factors.The changes of blood fat before recuperation and 30 days after recuperation were compared.Results Significant improvement of blood fat was observed af-ter recuperation among military in-service convalescents with apparent decrease of TC,TG and LDL （P〈0 .05 ）,with no significant effect on HDL,and the difference was not of statistical significance （P〉0 .05 ）.Conclusion Comprehensive convalescent factors can clearly improve blood fat of military in-service convalescents.
