摘  要:目的提高医院健康体检中心工作人员的医院感染意识,有效预防和控制医院感染,减少医疗纠纷,促进体检工作的开展。方法以我体检中心在岗的医生、护士为研究对象,在感染知识培训前后,对医院感染知识掌握程度各进行了一次问卷调查,比较培训前后对医院感染知识认知程度的改善。结果培训前体检中心医务人员对医院感染知识认知程度均处于中等水平,进行医院感染知识培训后,医生护士对医院感染知识总认知程度分别达到98.46%、99.56%,平均值为99.2%。结论医院应针对不同科室、不同专业定时对医务人员开展医院感染知识培训,提高专业素质和能力水平,减少医疗纠纷,保障医疗安全有效措施。Objective Toimprove the aw areness of nosocomial infection cognition degree among medical staff at physical examination center so as to effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection ,reduce medical disputes,and promote physical examination w ork . Methods On-duty doctors and nurses at our physical examination w ere selected to be the research objects,and they w ere questionnaire sur-veyed respectively before and after infection know ledge training about the nosocomial infection know ledge mastery degree,then comparison w as made to observe the improvement of the nosocomial infection know ledge cognition degree before and after the training .Results Before training ,the nosocomial infection cognition degree among medical staff at physical examination center w as in the mediumrange,w hile after training the nosocomial infection cognition degree among doctors and nurses reached respectively 98 .46% and 99 .56% with an average of 99 .2% .Conclusion H ospitals should carry out nosocomial infection know ledge training for medical staff according to different departments and different professional timing so as to improve their professional quality and ability level,reduce medical disputes,and ensure the safety of medical treatment.
