延伸公差带应用及其经济效益分析

摘　　要：通过解读几种常用延伸公差带变化对加工难度的影响,对应用延伸公差带的经济效益进行了分析,指出了在机件连接中引入和应用延伸公差带的控制设计,可在不增加或少量增加成本的前提下有效消除装配干涉,是提高经济效益的较好方法。Through interpreting the influence of several kinds of commonly used extended tolerance zone change on the processing difficulty,analyzing the economic benefit of application extension tolerance zone,the paper points out the introduction and application of extending tolerance zone control design in the connection parts,which can effectively eliminate assembly interference without any increase or a small cost increase,is a good way to improve the economic benefit.
