万应胶囊/利多卡因混合液治疗手足口病合并口腔疾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨万应胶囊和盐酸利多卡因注射液的混合液(以下简称混合液)治疗小儿手足口病合并口腔疾病的临床疗效。方法:手足口病合并口腔疾病(疱疹性咽峡炎、口腔溃疡)住院患儿95例,按入院时间分成治疗组、对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ。治疗组用混合液涂口腔患处,对照组Ⅰ用万应胶囊涂口腔,对照组Ⅱ用利多卡因涂口腔,4次/d,直至疱疹或溃疡面愈合,其余治疗相同。观察各组患儿口腔疼痛缓解、口腔溃疡或疱疹愈合时间、恢复正常进食时间、平均退热时间及住院时间。结果:治疗组平均退热时间、恢复正常进食时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及平均住院均明显短于对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ(P<0.05)。从恢复正常进食时间与口腔溃疡愈合时间来看,对照组Ⅰ短于对照组Ⅱ,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单比较平均退热时间,治疗组、对照组Ⅰ平均退热时间相近(P>0.05),而明显短于对照组Ⅱ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合液治疗手足口病患儿口腔疾病疗效显著,简单易行,无副作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of modified mixture of Wanying capsule, and Lidocaine （Hereinafter referred to as mixture） in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease（Hereinafter referred to as HFMD） children patients with oral disease.Method： 95 children with oral disease（herpangina, cavity ulcer）were divided into three groups by the sequence of admittance to hospital, treatment group, control group Ⅰ, control group Ⅱ. The treatment group was given modified mixture, the control group Ⅰ was given Wanying capsule, the control group Ⅱ was given Lidocaine. External application was repeated for four times every day until healing of ulcers or herpes, the remains of treatment were identical in each group. To observe oral pain relief and ulcer healing time, recovery time of diet and hospitalization time.Result： The therapy group was much more effective than that of each control group in average fever clearance time and ulcer healing time, recovery time of diet and hospitalization time（P〈0.05）. The recovery time of diet and oral ulcer healing time was significantly shorter in the control group Ⅰ than that in the control group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Average fever clearance time of the treatment group and control groupⅠ was similar for average fever clearance time （P〉0.05）, but it was significantly shorter than that in the control groupⅡ （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of children patients with modified mixture is a simple and extremely effective method, and no adverse reaction, worth of clinical application.
