早期艾条温和灸预防混合痔术后尿潴留的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨早期艾条温和灸预防混合痔术后尿潴留的作用,为有效预防混合痔术后尿潴留提供参考。[方法]将肛肠科180例收治住院混合痔手术病人随机分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上于术后2h内对相关穴位行艾条温和灸。观察术后8h内尿潴留发生与排尿情况。[结果]两组病人术后8h尿潴留发生率、术后首次自行排尿时间、术后至排尿完全通畅时间、术后8h总尿量比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。[结论]在混合痔术常规护理基础上术后2h内对三阴交、关元等穴位行艾条温和灸能有效预防混合痔术后尿潴留的发生,早期快速恢复病人正常排尿功能。Obj ective：To probe into the prevention effect of early moxa stick moxibustion for prevention of urinary retention in patients after mixed hemorrhoid operation,so as to provide references for the effective prevention of postoperative urinary retention in patients after mixed hemorrhoid operation. Methods：A total of 180 cases of anorectal inpatients undergoing Hospital mixed hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing,patients in observation group received mild moxibustion moxa on related acupuncture points within postoperative 2 h.Occurrence of postoperative urinary retention and urination were observed at postoperative 8 h.Results：There was statistically significant difference in incidence of urinary retention in postoperative 8 h,postoperative self urinate time at the first time,postoperative voiding completely unobstructed time and the total amount of urine at postoperative 8h （both P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Mild moxibustion on Sanyinjiao,Guan Yuan and Zusanli acupuncture points in postoperative 2h can effectively prevent postoperative urine retention in mixed hemorrhoid patients,early and rapid recovery of normal voiding function of them.
