卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的MSCT表现与鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的:分析卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床及MSCT表现,提高对该病的MSCT诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析23例经临床、病理证实的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床及MSCT资料。结果:23例患者共45个囊肿,其中左侧卵巢16例,右侧卵巢4例,双侧卵巢3例,单房型8例,多房型15例37个囊肿。MSCT平扫为类圆形、串珠状、"卫星囊"状囊性低密度影,增强扫描囊壁及分隔轻至中度强化,囊内无强化。结论:MSCT能够对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的定位、大小、形态、密度、边缘情况及与周围组织关系作出准确显示,结合临床能够提高术前诊断率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective：To improve the diagnosis level of MSCT in the ovarian endometriosis cyst.Method：The MSCT findings and clinical data of 23 ovarian endometriosis cyst were analyzed retrospectively.Result：There were 45 cysts in 23 patients,including 16 cases in left ovary,4 cases in right ovary,3 cases in bilateral ovary,8 cases showed unilocular,37 cysts in 15 cases showed multilocular.MSCT showed the similar round,moniliform and＂satellite cystic＂low density shadow.The enhancement scan of wall and septation of cyst showed slight to moderate enhancement,no enhancement in the cyst.Conclusion：MSCT can accurately showed the location,size,shape,density of the ovarian endometriosis cyst,the relation between its edge and surrounding tissues.Combined with clinical data,it can improve the preoperative diagnostic rate,it has high clinical application value.
