摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜在腹部闭合性损伤中的应用价值。方法:回顾59例腹部闭合伤患者的临床资料及诊断、治疗效果。结果:探查59例均明确诊断损伤脏器、部位。其中3例未作特殊处理,23例在镜下或腹腔镜辅助下得到治疗,33例中转开腹手术。6例术后有并发症,无死亡病例。全组均治愈出院。结论:腹腔镜探查术应用于腹部闭合伤,可达到精确诊断、镜下治疗、降低阴性剖腹探查等目的,并能指明中转开腹方向。Objective：To investigate the application value of laparoscope in the treatment of closed abdominal trauma.Method：Clinical date,diagnosis and treatment outcome of 59 patients with closed abdominal trauma were retrospectively analyzed.Result：Organs and site were examined for the 59 patients with confirmed closed abdominal trauma.Of all cases,3 cases didn’t received any particular treatment,23 cases received treatment with the assistance of endoscopy or laparoscope,33 cases received laparotomy and 6 cases presented infection after operation.No death cases were present and all cases were successfully cured. Conclusion：The application of laparoscope during treatment of closed abdominal trauma provides precise diagnosis and treatment,reduces the necessity of laparotomy,as well as indicates the orientation during laparotomy.
