摘　　要：目的：探讨Rogers护理理论对出院后老年高血压病人健康行为的影响。方法：选择2012年5月？2013年2月在我院干部特诊二科住院的老年高血压病人83例，随机分为观察组（41例）和对照组（42例）。观察组进行服药依从性和自测血压等健康行为的强化训练，对照组仅进行常规出院健康宣教和发放健康指南。结果：通过对两组病人院外服药依从性、院外自测血压行为发生率进行比较，观察组明显优于对照组。结论：应用Rogers护理理论，通过出院前对老年高血压患者进行行为的强化训练，可提高患者的院外服药依从性和院外自测血压率，有利于患者有效控制血压，促进康复。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the influence of Rogers nursing theory on health behaviors in elderly hypertensive patients after hospital discharge .METHODS： A total of 83 elderly patients with hypertention were hospitalized in our department of the second special cadre from May 2012 to February 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups , observation group （41cases） and con-trol group （42cases）.The observation group was treated with intensive training of medication adherence , self-test blood pressure and other health behaviors .The control group was treated with routines hospital health education and dissemination of health guide -lines.RESULTS： Comparing with control group the observation group ’ s medication adherence and the incidence of self -test blood pressure behavior outside the hospital were notablely improved .CONCLUSION： Intensive training in the hospital can improve elderly patients’ medication adherence rate and self -test blood pressure rate outside the hospital .Application of Rogers nursing theory can be usful for controlling blood pressure and promoting recovery of patients .
