小檗碱的药理作用及其治疗代谢综合征的分子机制

摘　　要：小檗碱是一种从中草药黄连等植物中提取分离的异喹啉类生物碱，具有抗菌、抗寄生虫、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂及抗血小板聚集等多种生物活性。近年研究发现，小檗碱能通过同时作用于低密度脂蛋白受体（ LD-LR）和胰岛素受体（ InsR），达到治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效。本文主要对小檗碱的药理作用、特别是小檗碱治疗代谢综合征的分子机制及其化学基础进行阐述，为其进一步研究和开发提供理论依据。Berberine is an isoquinoline alkaloid extracted from Chinese herbs such as Coptidis rhizome .It has a variety of biolog-ical activities such as antibacterial, anti -parasitic, anti -cancer, immunoregulatory, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering and anti -platelet aggregation .Recent studies have shown that berberine may be suitable for the treatment of metabolic syndrome , because of its effects on both low density lipoprotein receptor （ LDLR） and insulin receptor （ InsR） .This paper summarizes recent findings about the pharmacological effects of berberine , especially the molecular mechanisms and chemical foundations in the treatment of metabolic syn -drome, which provides a theoretical basis for further research and development .
