补气养阴化瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变48例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补气养阴化瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法将96例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组。2组均采用控制饮食及西医常规治疗,对照组48例予甲钴胺片治疗,治疗组48例在对照组治疗基础上加用补气养阴化瘀汤治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后神经传导速度变化。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后神经传导速度均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后神经传导速度升高优于对照组治疗后(P<0.01)。结论补气养阴化瘀汤治疗DPN疗效确切,且能改善神经传导速度。Objective To observe the clinical effects of decoction for invigorating qi nourishing yin and dispersing blood stasis in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 96 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups,both of the two groups were treated with diet control and routine treatment of Western Medicine. 48 cases of control group were given methylcobalamin（ 500 μg / time,3 times / D）,while 48cases of treatment group were given invigorating Qi nourishing Yin and dispersing blood stasis on the basis of same therapy as control group,course of four weeks after the end of treatment to evaluate the clinical effect. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher,there was statistical significant difference between them（ P〈 0. 05）. The nerve conduction velocity was significantly improved after treatment,there was statistical significant difference between them（ P 〈 0. 01）,no obvious toxic and side effects were observed. Conclusion Decoction for invigorating qi nourishing yin and absorb clots can improve the TCM symptoms,signs and the nerve conduction velocity of the cases with deficiency of both qi and yin as well as blood stasis syndrome,it has a definite therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
