山羊痘活疫苗病毒含量测定与用羊效力检验相关一致性改进对比试验

摘　　要：近两年本公司山羊痘活疫苗成品分别采用病毒含量测定和效力检验,病毒含量测定达到《兽用生物制品制造与检验规程》标准,效力检验出现痘型小、不明显,持续时间短,与《兽用生物制品制造与检验规程》中规定有差异。针对此现象,本公司通过增加种毒羊睾丸细胞营养液、提高单位体积内病毒含量培养、收获毒液,达到病毒含量测定达标且效力检验中痘型大、明显、且持续时间长,与规程表现出较好的相关一致性。In the past two years the company live goat pox vaccine production optional one method of ？the virus content determination and the efficacy test,the virus content reach the standard ＂veterinary biological products manufacturing and inspection procedures＂, but efficacy test appear small pox, not obvious,time is short. Against this phenomenon of the company by increasing the seed virus of sheep testis cell nutrient fluid to improve viral content per unit volume, harvested venom achieved viral load determination of compliance and effectiveness testing of smallpox in large, obvious, and lasts long, associated with the procedures demonstrated a good deal of consistency.
