地方政府竞争力视角下西南会展业竞争力研究—以成都会展业为例  

Study on Southwest MICE Industry Competitiveness in the view of Competitiveness of the Local Government-Taking Chengdu MICE Industry as an Example

摘　　要：近年来,西南地区会展业进入快速发展时期。以成都市为例,2012年其会展业拉动的经济收入相当于全市全年GDP的5%。会展业逐渐成为成都重要的经济增长点之一。成都会展业具有政治和经济区位优越、内外交通发达、会展场馆众多、旅游资源丰富、政府重视等优势;但也存在着市场化程度低、会展行业协会作用发挥不充分、会展知名品牌缺乏、会展人才供需不平衡等劣势。会展业竞争力与地方政府竞争力是一种相互促进的关系。通过增强地方政府的制度竞争力、会展业的人力资本吸引力以及公共物品的供给和完善,同时抓住会展举办机遇提高西南会展业竞争力的水平。In recent years,the MICE Industry has entered a period of rapid development in southwest China.For example,Chengdu MICE Industry stimulated economic income equivalent to 5% of the annual GDP of the city in 2012.MICE Industry has increasingly become one of the important economic growth points in Chengdu.There are many advantages in Chengdu MICE Industry including political and economic superior position,convenient transportation,numerous first-class exhibition venues,rich tourism resources and government support.At the same time,there are still some disadvantages,including the low level of market-oriented,inadequate role played by Exhibition Industry Association,lack of well-known exhibition brands,and imbalance between supply and demand in the exhibition personnel.MICE Industry competitiveness and the competitiveness of local government is a mutually reinforcing relationship.Improving the competitiveness of local government is bound to promote the level of the local MICE Industry competitiveness.It is crucial to enhance the competitiveness of local government system,the attractiveness of human capital and the supply of public goods,which can effectively improve the competitiveness of southwest MICE Industry.
