摘　　要：近年来,农村社会管理面临着严峻的形势,引发了农村社会管理创新的课题。在社会转型时期,加快农村民间组织的发展,完善农村地区的社会建设,是实现农村社会管理创新的关键路径。鉴于我国农村民间组织发展仍处于起步阶段,公益性弱、地域性强、行政化与个人主导的色彩浓厚等问题突出,制约了其在农村社会管理中的功能发挥。因此,必须通过坚持政府的适度引导,健全农民组织的内部管理,提升农民觉悟与自组织化意识,实现农民组织资源整合等对策实现农村民间组织的健康发展。In recent years,the rural social management is facing a severe situation,which triggered a discussion about the rural social management innovation.In the social transition period,accelerating the development of civil society organizations and improving social construction in rural areas are the critical ways to achieve rural social management innovation.As China＇s rural civil organizations is still in the start-up step,there still exists problems.For example,most of these organizations are profit-oriented and has a strong regional bond.A tendency of administration overreaching and individual dominance is palpable.Thus civil society organizations can not give full play to their functional roles in the rural social management.Therefore,we must adhere to the government＇s moderate guidance,improve internal management of rural organizations,and educate rural people＇s awareness of self-organization so that we can promote the integration of rural organization resources to help rural civil organizations develop in a healthy way.
