摘 要:以体质量为(72.51±1.46)g的杂交鳢(斑鳢Channa maculata♀×乌鳢Channa argus♂)为试验对象,用基础饲料中添加不同质量分数(0、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%)的赤子爱胜蚓Eisenia foetida新鲜浆液配制的试验饲料进行投喂,养殖试验共进行100 d,研究赤子爱胜蚓作为饲料添加剂对杂交鳢血液部分免疫指标的影响。结果表明:10.0%蚯蚓组杂交鳢的红细胞数(RBC)最多,且与其他各组有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组的红细胞数最少;杂交鳢的白细胞数量(WBC)随着蚯蚓添加量的增加呈上升趋势,且各组之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);添加蚯蚓的各组杂交鳢血清总蛋白含量(TP)与对照组均无显著性差异(P>0.05);杂交鳢血清溶菌酶(LZM)和酚氧化酶(PO)活性随着蚯蚓添加量的增加呈上升趋势,10.0%蚯蚓组最高,且与其他各组有显著性差异(P<0.05);杂交鳢血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性均随着蚯蚓添加量的增加出现波动,7.5%蚯蚓组3种酶活性均最高,且与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。本研究表明,在饲料中添加7.5%和10.0%赤子爱胜蚓的新鲜浆液,能提高杂交鳢血液中红细胞和白细胞的数量,提高血清中的LZM、ACP、AKP、SOD和PO活性。Hybrid snakehead( Channa maculata♀ × C.argus♂) with body weight of( 72.51 ± 1.46) g was reared in 12 cages of each 2 m × 2 m × 1.5 m and fed diets containing 0,5.0%,7.5%,and 10.0% of fresh earthworm Eisenia foetidaf for 100 days to evaluate the effect of fresh earthworm on certain blood immune indices of the juvenile snakehead.The results showed that there was the maximal red blood cell( RBC) in the fish fed the diet containing 10.0% of earthworm,significant difference from the fish in the other groups( P 0.05),and the minimum in the control group.The number of white blood cell( WBC) was found to be increased with the increasing amount of fresh earthworm,with significant differences among all the groups( P 0.05).No significant difference in total serum protein level was found in the fish between the control group and the test groups( P 0.05).The activities of lysozyme( LZM) and phenoloxidase( PO) in the snakehead serum were increased with the increasing fresh earthworm level,with the maximum in the 10.0% earthworm group,and significant differences from the fish in the other groups( P 0.05).Also,the activities of acid phosphatase( ACP),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and alkaline phosphatase( AKP) were found to be fluctuated with the change in dietary fresh earthworm levels,with the maximum in the 7.5% earthworm group,and significant difference from the control group( P 0.05).The findings indicate that fresh 7.5% and 10.0% earthworm could improve the levels of RBC,and WBC,and activities of LZM,PO,ACP and AKP.
